Behind It All

My name is Derrick Chance Tribbey and I am 24 years old. I graduated from Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, Tx in May 2009 with a degree in Advertising-Public Relations and Business Management.

I have a deep passion for photography. God has blessed me with a creative eye and I feel like it is my responsibility to use these talents. I can’t imagine doing anything else in life. Photography is truly my calling. Everyday is a new adventure and another opportunity to display my gift from God.

Not only do I love being behind the camera, but I enjoy my job because I am able to meet new people everyday. Getting to know my clients and capturing some of the most important moments in their lives motivates me.

I started my business in 2005 in my hometown of Haskell, Tx. As my passion for photography grew, so did my business. After coming to school in Abilene, I decided it was time to expand my business beyond my small hometown.

I have big plans for the future of this business. Everyday I strive to broaden my knowledge and creativity in order to provide my clients to with highest quality photos. My sister Robbyn is my business partner. She also graduated from Hardin-Simmons University with a degree in Finance and is currently in a MBA program. She is a major part of my business and keeps my on my toes.
